Xamarin binding to use Swift library for which sorce code is available

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me create a Xamarin binding to use a swift library for which the source code is available. The source code is written in Swift, though I'm not sure if I have any compilation instructions for the library. I also need someone to create a demo app to test the functionality of the binding.
