A Xamarin Maps for iOS and Android with center crosshair

I want a small Map "plugin" for my iOS / Android Xamarin project where I can have a map with a crosshair centered on it, and I must be able to retrieve the position of the crosshair of where it is located on the map.

Must be easy to implement into my existing project
