We planned to develop everything with Flutter.
SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
The system should preferably provide two platforms, a web app for admins and a mobile app for users. Both can register via data, which they can later edit in the user area, or via their LinkedIn profile.
The platform provides for the sale of two different subscriptions, one for admins which allows them to purchase small or large coworking spaces, one for users which allows them to reserve a space at one or more coworking spaces.
In the case of purchasing a large coworking space, an admin can decide to enter, and if necessary modify, a subscription for a small space to sell to another admin. Within a space, the admin will be able to place products once they have been purchased, also having a graphical display of the space where the products can be placed.
For each space, the admin can enter and modify both the number of places and the deadline for bookings to that space. Once a user has made a reservation, the admin has the option of confirming or rejecting it from a list of all the reservations he has received, and the entire process is managed through a system of notifications that can be either confirmation or rejection. The user has a list of available spaces to book and, if a booking is confirmed by the admin, can view the details.
Finally, between the users of the platform, the system must provide a chat as a mode of interaction.
