Windows Game Source Files to iOS IPA & App Store Submission

I have developed a game on Windows and need an experienced iOS developer to convert it into an iOS IPA file, and handle the entire submission process to the App Store.

Key Requirements:
- Convert Windows source files to iOS IPA
- Ensure the game is fully functional on iOS
- Handle complete submission process on App Store

I don't have an Apple Developer account, so you will need to use your own to publish the game.
