Whatsapp Stickers App

Hello,
I want someone to make an application to add stickers for Whatsapp
I will design the stickers myself and add them to the app.
Preferred to be online app , so I can add stickers on ( hosted server / google server ).
Also , In the future I will need another version for ios.
+ I want you to upload the app to Google Console , I will supply you with logo/description/photos/screenshots.
+ Make updates if Google need that. ( Separated Fees )
