Web and IOS App Development

I am looking for someone to follow a model of a current web app and create one similar with more and enhanced features but also create an iOS app for Ipad and Iphone as well. This app will be for a very specific industry initially but will need to be a foundation for other niches as we look to roll out additional packages for other niches. MUST agree to NDA before we share more information. We don't know what the cost of this will be so therefore we are exploring this from a cost perspective to see if we can justify the expense.
