Voice ChatGPT / AI Web App

I want a siri meets chatgpt type app. Would prefer not using chatgpt api but if needed we can do. I dont want any saved chats. It will simply be a voice chat / conversation with 5 programable voices and a screen that looks like an ai conversation bot such as https://mrmad.com.tw/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/apple-may-carry-wwdc-hey-siri-upgrade-plan-exposure.jpg the bot will be one constant chat and it will remember everything so you can tell it your shopping list and days later ask what was your shopping list from Thursday etc.
