Vibrant, Private, Financial Data Handling iOS App

I need an iOS app developed that allows for data entry, spreadsheet viewing, and data manipulation. The design should be colorful and vibrant to make it visually appealing, yet simple to use. Authentication will not be required as all data should stay on the device, ensuring privacy.
I need to get a finance tracker for all my personal accounts. I need a place to input values from banks, fund houses, sips etc, which would be stored in the file and give me nice dashboard of my funds, current and previous month comparison and growth calculations. I already have a sheet that I use, which can be a starting point.
Ideal Skills:
