User Survey Tracking Web/Mobile App
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I'm in need of a User Survey Tracking application, which can be either a web-based or a mobile app (whichever is more cost-effective and easier to manage). The primary function of this application is to allow clients to complete two surveys.
Key Features:
- A practitioner login
- A simple client list with a single field (client id)
- Two surveys that clients can complete
-the two surveys will have 4 categories scored out of 10 and will generate a score out of 40
-then teh scores will be displayed on a line graph with one line per survey,
-the x axis will be the date the survey was taken (todays date) the y axis will be the score out of 40
-surveys must be able to be taken at different times,
The app will primarily be used on an iPad, hence it should be compatible with iOS.
User Interface: The design should follow a minimalist style. I'm not looking for any unnecessary bells and whistles - just a clean, uncluttered interface that allows users to navigate easily and complete their surveys without any distractions.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in developing web-based or iOS compatible mobile applications
- Strong skills in creating minimalist, user-friendly interfaces
- Proven track record in developing similar tracking or survey applications
