User-Centric iOS Webview App Development

I'm searching an iOS developer for building the iPhone/iPad version of our website.
Are actually finalising the Android version but we also need the iOS version.
A webviewmust load the website when the application is launched, with some specifications :
- The Firebase library must be installed and the registration token must be sent when the main URL is laoded (ex: www.mywebsite.com/?token=123&version=ios)
- Push notifications must be shown when one is sent by Firebase
- We have a Google OAuth2 authentication on the website that allow user to connect to our website with their Google credentials, this authentication must be still working in the webview and if possible if a Google account is set on the terminal to propose the existing account.
- On the website that's possible to upload photos/videos (with HTML forms), this must be still working in the webview and the application must propose users to choose a file or use the camera to take a new photo/video.
- Validate and send the application on the AppStore.
- We will use our iOS developer account
- Provide the source code once the project is finished.
- The splash screen will be provided (based on your needs)
- The icon will be provided (based on your needs)
