Upload xamarin mobile app on google and apple stores

I am looking for a developer who can help me upload my Xamarin mobile app on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
The mobile app is mostly developed,but it still maybe requires some final touches before it is ready for upload.
I am not sure if I will need assistance with finalizing the app for upload, but it would be great if the developer can provide guidance and support in this aspect.
Skills and experience:
