Upload App to Apple store - Account ready (2 APP)

I am looking for someone to upload two apps to the Apple store. While I have an Apple Developer account, I need assistance preparing the app files and creating the necessary app certificates and provisioning profiles. Ideal skills and experience for this job include knowledge of app development and experience with the Apple store.
