Updating a Flutter App to Latest

I am looking for a Flutter developer to update my app to the latest version. The app is currently using version 1.0.0.

Specific changes and updates needed:
- Updating the SDK to comply with Google Play Store and iOS App Store requirements
- Screenshot attached the mail from play store
