Updates to an app that broke as a result of an iOS version upgrade

I've recently taken over support of a number of applications for a client of mine
They have one particular mobile application written for native iOS (just Swift code, not Obj C) which stopped working about a year ago when Apple released some iOS version updates.
I need someone to diagnose and address the issues. This includes setting up the development environment, determine what fixes are needed, debugging the issues, making the appropriate fixes and then deploying.
