Update some func about ARKit + MapKit for my app

I am looking for a developer who can update some func about ARKit + MapKit for my app. The following are my requirements:
- The integration should be for outdoor navigation.
- I need a high level of graphical detail for the augmented reality elements.
- Specific functionality required is 3D objects and animations.

My app is almost done( 90%) but some func about ARKit to show the line following the road has some issue. So I need a iOS developer has strong knowledge about ARKit help me complete this project.
