Tools Mass send iMessage

I am looking for a developer to create a tool that allows me to mass send iMessages from my iOS device for personal use. The tool needs to have the capability for group messaging and be compatible with iOS operating systems. I would like the option for scheduled messages and the ability to use message templates. Ideal skills for this project include experience with iOS app development and knowledge of iMessage APIs.
