We are seeking a developer (or small team) to build a clean, mobile-responsive MVP of a therapeutic journaling app powered by ChatGPT and ElevenLabs voice integration, with HIPAA compliance from day one.

This app will launch under a doctor's brand, a psychologist, and is designed for clients to reflect using guided prompts and receive AI-generated, therapist-style responses. All responses are based on a pre-trained custom GPT model — you do not need to create or fine-tune it.

The MVP will be built as a mobile-friendly web app, but we are looking for someone who can eventually help convert it to a native iOS/Android app for public launch with subscription access via the App Store.
Key Features (MVP):
- One unified journal entry screen
- User selects entry type (Dream, Reflection, Therapist, Gratitude)
- AI-generated text response from custom GPT
- Journal log with filter/sort by type
- HIPAA-compliant login, storage, and backend architecture
- Clean, mobile-friendly web interface
- Stripe or Thinkific integration for subscriptions
Security Requirements (Mandatory):
- HIPAA compliance from the start (secure data storage, encryption, access control)
- Familiarity with HIPAA data handling (PHI, role-based access, etc.)
- Hosting on secure cloud (e.g., AWS, Firebase, or GCP with BAA options)
AI & Audio:
- We provide a trained Custom GPT (you only need to integrate it)
- ElevenLabs voice narration of responses is a later phase
Future Scalability:
- Prepare for white-labeling:
- Therapist-specific branding (logo/colors/voice)
- Admin panel per therapist
- User data separation (multi-tenant architecture)
