Hello Developers,
I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a Telegram bot named @nurseschamberbot. The bot’s purpose is to sell digital nursing and midwifery notes to students in Tanzania preparing for their licensing exams (Certificate and Diploma level).
The goal is to allow users to browse, purchase, and download digital notes directly within Telegram.
Key Features Required:
1. User Interaction:
Start command with welcome message
Simple menu navigation (/start, Browse Notes, Buy Notes, Help)
Access control (notes only available after payment)
2. Content Management:
Admin panel or backend to upload/update notes (PDF, images, etc.)
Each product should have title, price, preview (optional), and download link
3. Payments:
Integrate M-Pesa API (Daraja Tanzania) for in-bot payments
After payment, users should receive the notes instantly or access download link
4. Localization (Optional but Preferred):
Ability to support Kiswahili + English
Tanzania-friendly UX (e.g., local currency - TZS display)
5. Security:
Prevent unauthorized access or downloads
Limit downloads to verified users only
Technology Suggestions:
Telegram Bot API (Python preferred, but open to Node.js, PHP, or others)
M-Pesa API (Daraja - Vodacom Tanzania)
Firebase or simple database for user/order tracking
Timeline:
Target launch: within 10–14 days
Milestone-based development preferred (see below)

1. Milestone 1 – Bot structure & basic navigation – $40
2. Milestone 2 – Admin uploads + note access system – $40
3. Milestone 3 – M-Pesa API integration – $40

Has worked with mobile money APIs (preferably M-Pesa Daraja)
Fluent in English or Kiswahili
