Tech Showcase Mobile App Development

I need a simple iOS mobile app which will serve the purpose of showcasing new technology.
Key Features:
- The app should call OpenAI and custom-built web services APIs to source data. This can be done collaboratively with one of our developers who already uses the web services APIs
- It needs to incorporate audio text-to-speech generation so users can listen to the text generated from the web service responses.
Ideal Skills:
