Taxi app for IOS, Android and Web

I am looking for an experienced mobile, web and app developer to create a taxi app with certain features. I need the app to be developed for both IOS and Android platforms and for the web. The app should be able to provide features such as ride booking, GPS tracking and payment integration. I do not currently have an existing design or wireframe for the app, therefore assistance with the design is necessary. I have however determined all the features which must be included. As for ongoing maintenance for the app, I do not require any at this moment.
