Swift/kotlin requriment

I'm looking for a reliable developer with expertise in Swift and Kotlin programming languages who can help me with a Taxi Booking App in both iOS and Android Specifically, I'm looking for someone to develop for iOS using native programming language. The project will require the developer to implement coding in both Swift and Kotlin and create an app that functions well on the iOS platform. Any experience with both languages, as well as mobile app development and the iOS platform, would be an ideal fit. If the developer is apprehensive about working with both languages, I'm open to hearing ideas on which language they believe would be best suited to complete the project.
