Swift Project that needs updates

I have a project that I developed in Xcode which is working making API calls and getting information. The interface is SwiftUI and the programming language is Swift. I do not want the project rewritten. I want someone to look into the project and make the changes I requested in the graphic. I'm learning Swift, but I'm not fully understanding how to accomplish what I outlined in the graphic. So I need someone to add these functions into the existing project. This cannot be done via storyboard or Obj-C. Remember I'm trying to learn this so some remarks in the code will also be beneficial. Attached is the project and the graphic with the changes I need made. This should be simple enough for a Swift programmer as most the work I've already done.
