Swift & Combine API Call Xcode Playground Help

Hello & Good evening. I have an API link that I am trying to read and print the JSON results into structs. Mainly, I am trying to access the arrays within the journeys array inside the JSON. I have tried following this section of this online book in a normal SwiftUI project but I can't get it to work: https://heckj.github.io/swiftui-notes/#patterns-datataskpublisher-decode.
