Standardized Test prep App

I am looking for a talented freelancer to build an app for iOS and Android platforms. The primary function of this app is informational, with a clear vision of the design and layout preference already established. I'm looking for an experienced and reliable developer to create an app that meets my specifications for functionality and user experience. The successful applicant should have expertise in user interface design and UX, as well as strong coding and debugging skills. Standardized test prep app with following characteristics
-Draws questions from numerous standardized test public resources (possibly creates optimized questions)
- Different study blocks with optimized questions based on skill level
- Personal account with study score and profficiency levels
-leaderboard that is connected to individual points earned by each account
-daily notifications
