Social media App

Hello, I'm looking to create a social media app that primarily focuses on chat. It should enable users to communicate and collaborate in creative, engaging ways. The app should also offer video conferencing, image and media sharing capabilities. To accomplish this, I'm looking for a team with design and development skills who can build this application from the ground up. My budget for this project is medium....the app should function some what like redit it but not as complex. Just a very simple version of reddit
