Smart Life App Development

I'm looking for a skilled IOS developer to create a customized native IOS app named "Smart Life" which includes sections for Car, Home, and Health.
Create a native IOS mobile app and admin panel called Smart Life that has three sections, Car, Home and Health. This app will keep track of app users connected cars, smart home and wearable health devices data and offer insurance through partner insurance companies, using insurance company APIs for these three products. The app will use existing user data about cars, home and health to get these quotes and ask user to fill in additional data that is not saved in the profile and also validate what is already saved before pinging insurance APIs. Insurance API endpoints will be provided.
The project includes UI design, Admin design and development for all three sections starting with CAR, then HOME and then Life. Each section will have around 15 different screens in addition to app splash screen and profile/ID/password screen. Sample screens and structure idea has been provided in the attached excel sheet for CAR section.
