Small work - Xcode iOS

I'm looking for an iOS developer to build a sample Xcode project that runs a text paraphrasing AI model entirely offline—no API calls or internet required. The app should take input text, run an onboard ML model (e.g., Core ML), and display the paraphrased output. If you have a similar project, please share a video demo running on a simulator or iPhone without internet.
