Small iOS App with multiple widgets and options

Hi all.
I am stuck with some aspects of an iOS project, so I need a developer who is fluent with iOS, Swift, SwiftUI, widgets and widgets options.
I need a small app that has two different widgets. The first widget should display an image that the app loads frequently (every 10 minutes) from an HTTP address, scale it down, and stores it in shared storage, so the widget can show the frequently updated picture.
The second widget should have the same functionality but should have options which let you choose from several different HTTP addresses to download pictures frequently from.
This app is not to be released on the App Store. I just need the code as a blueprint for further development, because I can not figure out how to program this functionality on my own.
