Single iOS page (Table View & Core Data)

Need a single page which contains two Table Views with content pulled from Core Data. The UI elements need to be laid out on a storyboard NOT using SwiftUI. All of the logic needed by the page should be written Swift and contained in single controller. The project will hydrate Core Data with dummy data upon startup. UI functionality includes UIGestureRecognizer (fast & slow left swipe), segment control, confirmation dialog. UI elements need to flow properly on iPhone versions +8.

Project needs to be compatible with Xcode 13.4.1. Project will be built without using non-native classes or libraries.
