Simple iOS Information Display App Development

I'm looking for a developer to transform an existing design guide into a simple iOS app. The app will be primarily for information display and will consist of only a couple of pages.

I have a comprehensive guide ready for the app's design and functionality, I just need someone to bring it to life. Our business teaches people safe transferring of money. We just want to show a bank app to safely transfer money but no actually money or login is needed it’s just for teaching the steps. It is a dummy app, showing a balance that removes the amount from the balance. Super easy, we currently try to show it on a projector and whiteboard but it’s a pain in the butt to write it out everytime I would like to make our life easier and give the course more hands on.
Simple 3 or 4 pages easy app to build. This will help the older generation and foreigners how to safely transfer money. First page shows a balance, then transfer page enter who transferring too and then finally confirmation of the transfer and the transfer amount is removed from the balance. That’s it.
