Simple Video Recording iOS App

I'm looking for a straightforward iOS app that allows users to record video and save it in MOV format to their Photos app. The app should have:
- A single button that initiates video recording
- Automatic replacement of the microphone audio with the music currently playing on the device during recording
The app should use the basic default UI of iOS, with no need for a custom design. There are no additional features required, such as video trimming, filters or playback capabilities.
