Simple AI Chat Bot app and web, with AI Character/Friend (crypto login required) with video

I need an AI chat bot with default mode is realistic (not bot sounding) and also offers text mode
The AI will be friendly and is to converse with the user as a friend, not to write articles, coding or maths problems. He will swear and be "cool" and funny like chatting with a friend. It should have very little restrictions.
Will need a web version, android app and iphone app.
Interface shall be very simple but professional and responsive.
Free limited accounts, however the app/site will require the users to hold a certain amount of our Solana tokens to access the site/app. The user will have to be logged in on pc and login via web3 to confirm/sign that they own a particular address which holds tokens. Once they confirm this they will have unlimited access to the site/app as long as they hold the tokens. A function shall be used to monitor each member's address to make sure that they still hold the required amount of tokens so that they don't keep having to sign to confirm ownership of tokens. If scanning the address shows that they no longer hold the tokens then they will be prompted to prove that they own the required amount of tokens before using the app again. Because of this no actual payment will be required to use the app/site, they just have to hold tokens. If the users are using the mobile app and have not yet became a "pro" member by proving that they own tokens then they will be promoted to do this on PC or compatible device if it cant be done on app, assuming there free trial has been exhausted.
The user will see the character full screen with different backgrounds and clothing and his face/mouth will move realistically with voice.
VIDEOS
With this gig I will also need 8 minutes of video of the same character and same voice reading a certain script. There will be 5 changes of clothing in this video and 5 different backgrounds. The video will just be the character talking to the screen. Limited movement. Face/mouth must move in conjunction with the words so it looks natural. Must have a certain expression at the end of each line like a simple eye roll or a sigh.
