Similar to wechat

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a platform like wechat for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should include features such as chatting and Moments, but the main focus should be on integrating a Payment Gateway. The design should be somewhat similar to the original Wechat app, but with improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience in developing similar apps and a strong understanding of mobile app development.
