Shadowsocks ios and android app

I am looking for a skilled app developer to create a Shadowsocks app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should have advanced features such as auto-reconnect and split tunneling.

Design:

- I am open to any design and layout for the app interface, so feel free to be creative and innovative.

Programming Language:

- The preferred programming language for the iOS version of the app is Swift.

Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in Swift (iOS) development is a must.
