Setup my Apple Developer Account

I am looking for a qualified freelancer who can help me set up an Apple Developer account. I have an existing Apple ID and own an Apple device, however, I do not have a paid Apple Developer Program membership yet - so I need to join. As a professional with many years of experience in the field, I am sure that this project will be completed both quickly and efficiently.
