Senior iOS Developer for NFC PACE Protocol

I'm looking for a senior iOS developer to create a library from scratch for scanning NFC chip passports using Swift.

Key Tasks:
- Use Core NFC with NFCISO7816Tag
- Read EF.CardAccess to detect PACE support
- Manually implement PACE protocol using the CAN
- Derive session keys and apply secure messaging
- Read and decode LDS files using ASN.1

Requirements:
- Experience with Core NFC and NFCISO7816Tag
- Strong understanding of PACE protocol
- Proficient in Swift and secure messaging
- Ability to create step-by-step tutorials
