Sencha Touch 2 app iOS store pubblication

I have a Sencha Touch 2 application, whose new version has been published on the android store at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.heyconference.com but not on the iOS store.
The app is blocked at initial startup animation, with the errors according to the logs attached.
I need the app to be accepted by the Apple Store and acquire knowledge about the solution used to make the app accepted by iOS.
I can provide the .ipa file attached as well as the app repository for any change applicable for the iOS store publication
