Screen Recording & Image Uploading Swift Script

I'm seeking a simple Swift script for an iOS app that accomplishes the following:

- Upon pressing a button, it records the user's screen, irrespective of the app in focus.
- It captures a still image from the screen recording every second and saves these images locally. (e.g., an 8-second video will yield 8 images)
- All images are uploaded to the ChatGPT API (I will provide the API key; just make the integration so I can plug it in).
- You will send me the script and guide me on how to set it up in my project. Once i can implement this into my project you are done
- no frontend work is really needed i already have a chat app i will implement your logic into

The images should be stored in PNG format, and they need to be deleted from the device after being sent to ChatGPT. The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Extensive experience in Swift and iOS app development.
- Familiarity with screen recording and image capturing techniques.
- Previous work with API integrations, specifically with OpenAI's ChatGPT.
