Saloon App for Personalized Hair and Beard Styles

I am in need of a proficient app developer to make an app for my saloon. This app should be usable on both iOS and Android platforms (or just IOS) It should be designed to scan a customer's face and take into consideration their current hairstyle and beard.
Key features of the app must include:
- Capability to effectively scan a customer's face.
- An intelligent system that uses the data from the scan to recommend a fitting beard and haircut style.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in app development, particularly iOS and Android. Additionally, any experience in facial recognition software would be a tremendous advantage. Please include any relevant samples of your work in your bid.
Note:This will work on a screen or a mirror placed at saloon. We don't need to upload it in app stores.
