Reskin iOs app and publish to app store

I am looking for a freelancer who can reskin my iOS app and publish it to the app store. The primary purpose of the app is related to health. As I have the source code for the app, I require someone with experience in iOS app development to help me reskin it. I do not have any specific design or functionality requests for the reskin, so I am open to the freelancer's expertise in this regard. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following areas:

- iOS app development
- Experience in reskinning apps
- Familiarity with publishing apps to the app store
