Recover Deleted Messages -- 2

I have an sms data base file(db) from an iPhone. I've tried sqlite3 but had no luck. There's messages I need recovered from a specific number. I can't get it decoded or run a string that will connect the messages. I’ve also used other programs. I need someone who is capable of decrypting the files and making the deleted messages viewable. They can’t be recovered from iCloud because messages weren’t included in the back up. I was able to retrieve this file from a program while the phone was still around. I know that blocks eventually cover up data once it’s been deleted after a certain amount of time however, I feel that this file still has enough data to be retrieved. I have all the raw files to the phone, however Im not comfortable sending over all that information. Only what's needed to get back deleted texts. In the photos you can in the "chat" tab messages that are able to be seen. THESE AREN'T DELETED. August-September, there's messages/sms from one specific number I need recovered.
