Rebuild My Explopolis React Web App into a React Native App (Expo) for iOS & Android

We are looking for an experienced React Native developer (using Expo) to rebuild our existing React web application into a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android). The current web app, Explopolis, is a location-based quest and activity platform built in React (Web only). Our goal is to convert this into a polished, performant mobile app using React Native + Expo, ensuring compatibility across iOS and Android.
About Explopolis:
Explopolis is a gamified quest app where users complete location-based quests, interact with NPCs, view maps with POIs, and collect virtual items. The MVP is already built and functional as a React web app. Key features include user login, profile management, quests feed, quest details, map with items/quests, and chat-like quest/NPC conversations.
What We Need:
Full rebuild of the existing React web app into a React Native app using Expo.
Maintain same user flows and features as the web app, but optimized for mobile experience.
Ensure smooth cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android).
Use Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage) as the backend as already in place.
Implement responsive and mobile-native UI/UX (adjustments and improvements from web to mobile where necessary).
Integrate map (using Google Maps SDK) and location services for quests & NPC interactions.
Ensure push notification capability (via Firebase).
Ensure offline data handling (basic caching for important screens).
Use Redux (or recommend best practice for scalable state management in React Native).
Key Deliverables:
Fully functional React Native (Expo) app for iOS & Android replicating all features of the current web app.
Optimized UI/UX for mobile screens.
Integration with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage).
Google Maps & Location Services properly integrated and tested.
Push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Expo Notifications).
Basic offline support (data caching for key screens).
Code handover with clean, scalable folder structure, documentation, and support for first deployment.
Assistance for submission to App Store & Google Play (optional but preferred).
Must Have Skills:

Strong understanding of React web to React Native porting nuances
