RAW Photo Editor (iOS) Highlight Masking + Tools

I am looking for someone who has experience with photography and iOS development to help finish our current photo/vide app. Need to be proficient in Swift. Knowledge in Objective-C is a plus as well.
We need knowledge/help in the following areas:
- raw photo processing pipeline
- working color spaces in raw editing environment
- knowledge on how to create a highlight or luminance mask in swift
- basic editing tools
- histogram technology
- grain tool to mimic film
