Quiz app for iOS (offline)

I am seeking an iOS developer (Swift, etc.) who could create a simple learning app.

Note: I already have the Figma design with all the details you need to know. I also have the app icon and splash screen.
I am familiar with web development, but this is over my head.

Functionality:
- import the .txt file from the download folder
- go through the .txt file and create questions and answers based on specific characteristics (questions start with a capital letter and end with End of Line, correct answers start with + sign, wrong answers start with a - sign)
- let the user choose from the options, then check if it is correct (paint correct answers green and wrong answers red")
- keep stats from the user's run (correct answers, incorrect etc.)
- able to create a new .txt file with the wrong answers (same characteristics as the imported file)
- offline (no need to access API or anything similar)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Some experience in iOS app development
- Proficiency in Swift or alternative
- Knowledge of app design principles and user interface/experience
- Ability to work with detailed specifications and requirements
- Good communication skills for discussing and implementing ideas
