QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (MVP)

Need an MVP as a proof-of-concept for a Queue Management System

Two interfaces will be needed.

1) Shop's interface (iPad iOS app)
- Login
> Username and Password
>> Forgot Password

- Administrator console
- Queue Number Management
> Call next Queue Number
>> If call is missed, automatically send text message
>> When Queue Number Person arrive, seat the customer and assign Table
>> If the Queue Number Person did not arrive in {{Defined Number of Minutes}} show 'DELAYED' beside the name
>>> Allow to swipe and Delete Queue Number
>>>> When deleted, send message to notify Queue Number Person that the number has been deleted.

- Add Queue Number manually
> Details of Queue Number
>> Name, Handphone Number, 'Group Size'

- Current Queue Waiting Time
> Select Current Queue Waiting Time
>> Manual Select (5 mins to 120 mins)
OR
>> Automatic Estimated Waiting Time (Based on Number of Tables and the table 'Turnover Time')

- Table Layout
> View Table Layout with Numbers (edit in Settings)

- Settings
> Edit Store Name and Logo
> Edit Table Layout and Table Numbers (Drag and Drop)
> Edit Current Queue Waiting Time
>> Manual Select OR Automatic Estimated Waiting Time



2) End User interface (Website - optimized for mobile)
- Scan QR code to enter website

- Fill up form to get Queue Number
> Key in Name
> Key in Handphone Number
> Key in Group Size
>> Click Next

- Print "Registration Complete, your Queue Number is XX, your estimated waiting time is XX minutes."
