Publish App to IOS Store Rejected

Hi, I made an app that I would like to publish on the ios store. Unfortunately apple refuses me because she says it's too simple. I'm looking for a person who wants to publish the app for me and who knows how to do it. I have a budget of 450 euros. I can't go over it.
