Publish App To Apple Store TestFligh

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me publish my app to the Apple Store TestFlight. I already have an Apple Developer account and my app is fully developed using visual studio Xamarin Form and ready for submission. However, I Facing issue when i publish using transporter

i have all icon file but still have below error

Asset validation failed (90023)
Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPad of exactly '167x167' pixels,

Asset validation failed (90704)
Missing App Icon. An app icon measuring 1024 by 1024 pixels in PNG format must be included in the Asset Catalog of apps built for iOS, iPadOS

Asset validation failed (90023)
Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPad of exactly '152x152' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 10.0.

Asset validation failed (90022)
Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPhone / iPod Touch of exactly '120x120' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 10.0.



Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with publishing apps to TestFlight
- Knowledge of Apple Developer guidelines and requirements
- Excellent communication skills to guide me through the process.
