Protype for an app

My project is to develop a prototype for an app that will be designed for both iOS and Android platforms. The main function of this app is to provide a utility to the user. I have some ideas in mind for the features of this app but not a complete list and am open to suggestions. I'm looking for a talented programmer to bring these ideas to life by developing a working prototype. This prototype will need to incorporate all necessary design elements and functions to ensure its usability and to demonstrate the potential of the final product.
