Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers to design a user-friendly interface and incorporate essential features for service delivery tracking and scheduling.
- Ensure seamless integration of features allowing users to book services, track service providers in real-time, and provide feedback post-service.
- Oversee quality assurance testing to ensure the app is bug-free and runs smoothly.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in project management, particularly mobile app development.
- Prior experience with service delivery, logistics or utility apps preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
