Summary of app required:
We are a group of people working on social media. We have a page on Instagram and TikTok. We create contents on daily basis. We receive many enquiries through different channels asking about the prices. The enquiries come through WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, DM on instagram and TikTok.
We want to organize ourselves through a single point that’s is centralized where we can track enquiries and the progress. The app can send notifications to all users upon adding any enquiry or update on the status of the enquiry.
Requirement:
To have an iOS mobile app that can have multiuser to a single database to add enquires, monitor progress and ability extract reports on excel sheet.

Admin and user interfaces
Admin user:
ability to create and delete users
Ability to assign authorities to users
Ability to extract reports
ability to create drop down lists (channel, status, etc)
User interface:
Ability to create new enquiries
Ability to add information about the enquirer
Ability to update status from a drop down list
Ability to select a channel from drop down list
Ability to write comments
Ability to set reminders on the app with notifications alerts
